Newman

The Newman Preserve is a 1.05 acre saltmarsh located at the end of Noyes Avenue that was gifted to MLT from Virginia Newman in 1993.

The Newman Preserve can be accessed from Noyes Avenue, but there are no trails or parking available. By walking on raised path that leads from the surrounding neighborhood down to the beach, visitors can observe the marsh. This walking path is maintained by the Noyes Avenue community.

Please do not walk in the marsh, it is a sensitive habitat.
