Crowell

In 1985, Sarah Crowell and family donated 3.01 acres along Pico Beach Road to MLT in honor of Sarah’s late husband Howard. In 2012, neighbor across the road, Frederick Johnson, also donated 6.26 acres to MLT. Together, the two donations total about 9.27 acres known as the Crowell Preserve within the Winnatuxett Beach Subdivision.

There are no maintained trails or features. Access to this preserve is only by foot or bicycle.
