Notices on the main sign on this property continue to be available through the Mattapoisett Lions Club. Please send all requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: In allowing your banner on the Mattapoisett Land Trust property, the MLT assumes no responsibility for damage of any kind to the banners.
In the event there is not adequate space to accommodate all requests at any point in time, the MLT will prioritize banners for organizations that have not placed banners within the preceding 12 months.
By applying you agree to the following terms
Banners may not exceed 2’ by 8’
Non-profit and community-based organizations are entities eligible to hang banners; announcements featuring Town of Mattapoisett sanctioned events and functions are also eligible for placement.
Banners are permitted only upon approval by MLT.
A new request is required for each time banner space is desired.
Approval does not carry over from year to year.
Banners may be installed for up to two weeks.
Banners may be installed only upon the designated sign posts; no additional posts may be placed on the MLT property.
All banners must be removed on the day following the announced event
Banners installed without MLT approval or left on display beyond the dates approved will be removed and the MLT will notify owners.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in delay or denial of future requests.
Banner Space Application
Please email us at email@example.com to apply for banner space at Mattapoisett Land Trust Property, North Street and County Road. Requests will be processed on a first come/first served basis.
Please include the following in your email
Organization Name (Applicant must be a non-profit or community service organization in Mattapoisett. Commercial advertisements are not allowed.)
Contact Name (We will contact you for additional information if needed.)
Email (This email will be used only to contact you regarding the current request.)
Date event starts
Date event ends (You must remove your banner on the day following the event at the latest.)
Date you want to hang the banner (two weeks maximum)
You will receive emailed approval or denial for your banner from us. Please do not put up your banner until you receive approval. Please do not remove any other banners to make room for your own. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
